Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return request, the item must:

  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or issue
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item for the same product when available.

If the original item is out of stock or unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
